Cutting the Cake is a collaboration between Jolanda de Meester (textile art) and Karen Steenwinkel (photography).

Karen and Jolanda are artists who love to experiment with different styles and techniques, their work ranges from photographic art, video projections, textile objects and a fusion between these disciplines. 

They often create a dreamlike world where the conscience is triggered to be more open to natural influences.

They believe that being in a more natural state of mind will be helpful to one another as well as to this world.
